I was the author behind the Buffalo Wing Trail, a roadmap to 12 of the tastiest spots for wings in the city that created them. At each spot, I identified a unique and unusual story line that set that trail stop and its wings apart. The trail garnered media attention and drove visitors to each location.
I profiled a series of Buffalo restaurants whose owners hail from around the world, from Liberia and Burma to France and Israel.
